Why would it need to ?  It was perfect then !

We agree for once Big Smile [:D] but believe me is far more exciting now imo, but its like the old 1st div and the premier league, its another level.

Thats why we are where we are little old norwich with their forgive anything fans who think Delia is God. All i said if she has only 25 mill why is she trying to do something which takes millions more, its like going in a card game with your last 100 quid, if you cannot afford to loose it, dont play the game. Some of you have your heads so far up Delia's Arris you cant see the wood for the trees. Delia like Worthy has out stayed her welcome, she cannot take us forward. We have another summer of two bob loanees to look forward to, linked with loads of names, buying none, same shxt different day, oh yea and on top of that all you Percy's telling us how lucky we are to have her, sorry but i dont feel very lucky.

I don't personally know anybody who thinks Delia is God, and I don't particularly like her attitude towards the club, but I don't understand what your point is. If somebody with hundreds of million comes in and offers a good price to buy a majority of shares, or alternatively somebody comes in and puts major investment into the squad then I would be delighted if Delia bowed out - but this hasn't happened so far.

I could understand why people blame Delia if she was actively blocking investment - but is there actually any proof of this happening, or is it another example of people looking for reasons to slag her off? I agree Delia can't financially take the club forward, but what current alternative is there exactly? You do realise that somebody actually has to purchase the shares in order to become majority shareholder of the club?

And as for Wiz calling me a sheep... well I actually take that as an ironic compliment from somebody who changes their opinion depending on what the popular view is at the time. Perhaps the problem is that some fans have their heads so far up their backsides that a swift sniff of reality is in order?

Don't always agree with what Ricky says on here, but thought I'd have my say on this one as a wrestling fan - The Knight family and the WAW put on an excellent show every time I see them. Also seen Ricky and Zebra in the FWA (when it existed/was good) and both are great performers. Anyway, back to the football........

In all honesty I think the brum board majorly messed up this season for them. It's difficult to say when you are an outsider looking into other clubs affairs but surely letting Bruce go was a dreadful mis-calculation. Especially considering bruce was happy at the club and the board was happy and they were doing well only to let the possibility of a sugar daddy taking them over scupper bruces' future at the club.In the end, wigan and brum traded places and now birmingham have lost their ever-weather manager and will be playing in the 2nd tier next season.

There wouldn't be another club in the country who's fans would put up with what we've had to endure over the last few years without protesting against the board.

Lol yeah because we've had to put up with loads over the recent few years, especially that terrible time of the play off final, and then winning the league, and then an amazing season in the Premiership where we were unlucky to get relegated!! I don't know how us fan's put up with the board then! and then they've supported all of our managers with as much money as we can afford, and they've built on Carrow Road to make it look amazing. I often hear fans of clubs such as Leeds, Bournemouth, Cardiff, Southampton etc saying "times our bad here, but thank god we don't have Norwich City's board!"

In other words guys, we have it quite good here at Norwich City, try supporting one of those other clubs!

You seriously think are Prem season was amazing? Through my eyes and many other City fans it was a complete bloody embarrassment. We never had any intention of WANTING to stay in that division, as the clubs attitutde throughout that entire season (and after it) showed.

That was a close shave then, we were only a couple of points away from staying in a division we didn't want to be in Wink [;)]

Just out of interest what did you make of the subsequent attempts by Watford, Derby and Birmingham to stay in that division Huh? [:^)]

Well the reason we are here discussing this is because brum messed up good work in the summer window and watford are in the champs (like us) for a reason. Derby are a disgrace. We aren't the only ones that are let down, but then again at least the boards of their clubs showed some ambition in the first place.

Did Watford show more "ambition" than us in The Premiership?

Did the "ambition" shown by Derby score them more points than us or are they the worst team in Premiership history?

Does the "ambition" shown by the Birmingham board excuse their stupidity in trying to sell the club to Carson Yeung on the eve of the season thus undermining their manager and forcing him to leave for a rival club who subsequently avoided relegation?

I'm not trying to excuse the actions of our board over the last few years but what does "ambition" mean?

Ambition is trying to be the best at what you do, if you cant be the best at least give it your best shot, i always get the feeling our board are holding something back and are not fully committed to this club in terms of trying to make us the best, therefore lack the ambition to be the best, just my take on it.
