Fantastic just the news we needed after loosing the services of Matt Nolan. Matt who can be a good team-player in spells will surely be sought after among Southern League clubs. Unfortunately to many times last season he went missing during games and that was why he got a severe dressing down from Webb mid-season.
On Joachim; Born 20th September 1974 in Peterborough, Joachim joined Leicester City as a trainee and made his debut in 1992. After making some hundred starts for Leicester he moved to Aston Villa in February 1996 for £1.5 million, Joachim rewarding Villa with thirty-nine goals in ninety league starts. Julian Joachim became Darlington's most expensive signing when he joined from Boston United in August 2006 making a total of 87 appearances and scoring 16 times for them. At 33 he can make an impact for us thats for sure, this may be Lynn's biggest aquisition since a certain Mr Fleming! This news will certainly cause a few ripples in non league football circles. Congratulations must go to Keith Webb, Lee Glover and our board for this stunning coup.
Hi WL. All I can say is that I was "gutted" that KL was moved in to the Northern league. I live near Southampton so you can understand why. King Lynn in the Conference North just seems so remote now.

Yeah there are a fair few people in the south who follow the Linnets but heyho...Once we get into the BSP we'll be down your neck of the woods!
That's what we're hoping, emulate Salisbury ! Meantime, won't get the opportunity unless I'm up in Norfolk when Lynn are playing at home. Trouble is that I don't up there very often now.
