George, you don't play matches against the others (that is done in the new 'head to head' leagues which the computer automatically puts you in - nice idea). You accumulate points based on the performance of your selected players - most points win, simple! Eveyrone keep joining! - we can make 100 this year! Maybe As Norwich beat Man Utd in their last meeting, and Utd are European champions, Norwich are actually the best team in Europe! :-)    Report

To those waiting till nearer the season you can make your team now and stilll make unlimited transfers till the start of the season if you wish. Anyone prepared to give any details on their teams yet? :-P. I have a front line of Torres, Alves and Ashton - pretty solid I reckon.
