So I suppose you've got plenty of self-made millions to plunge into the club have you Ricky? Why not give the directors a call and let them know you want to make a serious bid for the club - after all, I'm sure you wouldn't dream of playing at/mouthing off at something you can't afford.
Oh wait, let me guess, you've been a true supporter for xx years, and you've put xx years worth of money into the club...
Yes - I've also spent plenty of money on the club in recent years, but that's because I love supporting Norwich - not because I think it gives me a god given right to slate whoever happens to have bought the majority share in recent years. I would love us to be sitting pretty at the top of the Premiership, don't get me wrong, but protesting would achieve precisely what? Forcing Delia and Michael to sell their shares to all the billionaires waiting to invest in a club with a stable infrastructure? Oh wait...

Lol yeah because we've had to put up with loads over the recent few years, especially that terrible time of the play off final, and then winning the league, and then an amazing season in the Premiership where we were unlucky to get relegated!! I don't know how us fan's put up with the board then! and then they've supported all of our managers with as much money as we can afford, and they've built on Carrow Road to make it look amazing. I often hear fans of clubs such as Leeds, Bournemouth, Cardiff, Southampton etc saying "times our bad here, but thank god we don't have Norwich City's board!"
In other words guys, we have it quite good here at Norwich City, try supporting one of those other clubs!

Great post, totally agree Ellis. Don't know what some of these people are expecting sometimes. We're not United, Chelsea or Liverpool and never will be, and thanks to THE BOARD we're not Leeds, Rotherham or Bournemouth either.

Its crap like this which keeps the fools and minor celebrities in power at Carrow Road.
Same old spin, twisted arguements and illogical reasoning from the 'I'm not worthy' sheep, month after month and year after year!.
And still the rot deepens and the wounds fester.
|
|
Crap ? I thought this is a reasonable question.
While I claim to be no fan of the board, I find people expecting others to part with their hard earned millions (and moaning at them if they don't) is unreasonable, would you ?
I see no spin, twisted argument or illogical reasoning - it was a question.
So in conclusion Wiz YOU are guilty of illogical reasoning.

Its pathetic. What are they protesting about, getting relegated or not spending money, becuase they have spent decent money. As far as I am concerned they are all arseholes, we deserve to protest for many reasons, they, in my opinion do not....

Brummies sound like they do for a reason. Because they are stupid. They are protesting because they got relegated, they cant accept it like true fans would. I hope Brady and co do decide to jump ship because they have done nothing but the best for the club. I must admit I cant stand any of them, they are all as thick as thieves, but they clearly have ambition for the club and no one can knock that.

Exactly Wizard. You've proved Nutty's point perfectly.
Nutty asked how your constant sniping, bickering, whingeing scaremongering has actually changed anything. And as you've rightly said, nothing has changed in 3 years.
So well done on that one.
I can't believe anyone is sympathising with Birmingham fans' "plight". They've made themselves look like fools in front of the football world, and we think that's an example to follow?
Does anyone remember their behaviour after the playoff final? Can't stand their fans, can't stand their team, their chairpeople, hate the lot of 'em. Good riddance, shame we have to put up with them next season.

Unlucky to be relegated? The lowest points for safety in premiership history, the most improtant game of the season and we lost 6-0 to an average Fulham side, yeah very unlucky. Perhaps if they had coughed up 1m for crouch who they thought wasnt worth the price instead of £750,00 for Doherty or signed Ashton in August we may have stayed up. The board failed us in the premiership and have cocked things up ever since.

They protested because of the Carson yeuong takeover was drawn out over the season and that was the boards fault and affected the team. Badly handled takeovers are not the players or fans fault are they? Maybe old Delia and co will do us a favour and show em all how to sensibly deal with a takeover.

Thats why we are where we are little old norwich with their forgive anything fans who think Delia is God. All i said if she has only 25 mill why is she trying to do something which takes millions more, its like going in a card game with your last 100 quid, if you cannot afford to loose it, dont play the game. Some of you have your heads so far up Delia's Arris you cant see the wood for the trees. Delia like Worthy has out stayed her welcome, she cannot take us forward. We have another summer of two bob loanees to look forward to, linked with loads of names, buying none, same shxt different day, oh yea and on top of that all you Percy's telling us how lucky we are to have her, sorry but i dont feel very lucky.
