A Derby fan got a smack in the face from a City fan when Derby scored.
Ok he should have been in the Derby section however the city fan involved is nothing but a nasty trouble maker.
He and his Mrs in her San Jose shirt were led away along with the Derby fan.

Yeah I could see the mrs had a san jose shirt on. The guy didn't want to go quiet, he was really wound up by the looks of it.

I was sat about 5 seats away from them on the same row, basically there were about 4 lads sitting in front of this guy, and 2 of the lads were city fans, and the other 2 had come down from up north to visit their mate (the Norwich fan) and they wanted to go the game with him, so they weren't Norwich fans, but they weren't Derby fans, they were neutral so to speak, but they were cheering on Norwich. When Derby scored their first goal the Norwich fan at the back said "your Derby fans aren't ya" and smacked one of them in the side of the face, the 4 blokes then understandably kicked off, the Norwich fan on the back row was shouting at them, the stewards came over after about 5 minutes and spoke to them all, the guy at the back started kicking off again, a couple of Norwich fans came walking up the steps to have a go as well but they were moved away from scene and told to go sit down then after the guy became threatening again he finally got removed from the ground. So it was quite funny that nobody was actually a Derby fan at all and it was a lot of fuss about nothing! But the funniest thing is I was sat with my mate who came along, and he was an Ipswich fan, imagine the scene if I would have revealed that :)

i thought norwich was family club? that behaviour is similar to leeds utd

To be fair if you are an away fan the Barclay normally do not take kindly to you sitting in their area. If you do, keep ya trap shut and don't wear colours, not hard is it?
I wouldn't dream of going to an away ground and sitting with fans other than NCFC fans. I am not that daft.
NCFC is nothing like Leeds, and every club has it's fair share of trouble makers and knobs.

very true yellow - id put it down as one or two mindless idiots. and i agree with the unhappiness of a potential away fan
i was merely saying leeds utd act as their was violence which wasnt needed! i mean the other supporter didnt make the situation worse in the information we have been given. no need to resort to violence you and derby dont have any history do you? would understand it slightly more if was say a rowdy cardiff, wolves, leeds, stoke, ipswich fan but derby (and he wasnt even that)

I'm not going to excuse the behaviour of the NC fans in fact I hope they get a ban, we don't need those sort of so called fans at CR.
We don't have history with Derby so to speak, so really was no excuse.
All I am trying to say, and probably quite poorly is that if you are an away fan visiting CR then the best place to sit is not the Barclay lol or the Snakepit come to that ![Tongue Tied [:S]](/cs/emoticons/emotion-7.gif)
