Perhaps they can - or perhaps the deals can just be agreed and not go through until June 1st. I think we will see a bit of activity early on this time - well with so few players we cannot afford to wait.    Report

Infact Free's and pre contracts can be agreed outside the transfer window... with pre contracts joining in the window and frees immediately. jas :)    Report
