Andy Cole

He could be a good replacement for Dion.

He's out of contract in the summer and he's scored 6 in 8 starts and 5 sub apps.

Worth a look?

Cole couldn't be bothered at Burnley!! He's the opposite to Dion in professionalism.

Oh ok why do Burnley want to sign him on a permanent then? remember how much we all doubted Dion when he signed?

A friend of mine at work said he's heard we were interested. Can't see it myself.

Huckerby over Roeder and Day 11/05/2008, 10:59 AM
Roeder has said he is interested in someone like Dublin and someone we would be surprised to see here. Cole is probably closest to Dublin we could ever get and i would certainly be surprised to see him here. Think he could certainly do a job for us if roeder can motivate him and he has the right attitude. No one thought Dublin would bother for us but they couldn't have been much more wrong. I think we should sign him up even if just as a backup.

Have to agree with a previous post that based on experience levels hes the closest we can get to a Dublin-esque striker and could fill his shoes well at Norwich.

Could be a very good replacement
