I am mates with a Chef at Colney and a couple of weeks ago he told me he had heard we were linked Aruna Dindane, didn't think nothing of it untill i saw in Yesterday's Daily Mail also said we were linked with him. Looks pretty tidy, definately a 20+ goal a season striker, could be a fitter Dion Dublin.

Looks a pretty decent finisher, something we lack somewhat! Him, Cureton, Evans, and then some large guy and I reckon we have a pretty tight forward line!

He was in The Mail, a few years ago when Spurs had a 6 million bid rejected for him, if he comes to us I would be amazed.

2004 was when Dindane was 21 and was probably eated as one of these outstanding youngsters who has a huge future, hense the hefty 6mil price tag.

Hes now 27, a regular in the national side.....his age may effect the pricetag however I cant piece together how much he would be worth now, any ideas?

Not sure with the maths on that one, 4 years has passed and he has aged 6years.

Dindane and Ched up fornt what a combination that would be. Would even be good in premiership. Glen did say we need premiership players now if you want to get promoted form the championship so he must think he's capable of pulling off these transfers. Would love to see these tow playing together next year. Come on Glen sign them up.

According to the BBC website he is out injured until the autumn.

Correct: he ruptured his knee ligaments last week apparently.

We would have never got him anyway.

I agree Ched and him upfront, with the right defenders at the back we could be looking at the top spot! BUT.....................is this gonna happen? Fingers crossed as they say!
