Jack Cork - Awesome last season at a struggling club, hopefully get him and maybe even Bertrand another year

Steve Howard - Yes another year on his age, but would be good replacement for dion

Patrick Kisnorbo - Been a steady defender for a few seasons now, touted as premiership teams target a few times befor, so surely would be good for us

Peter Ramage - Unspectacular, and certainly not good enough for the Prem, but, perhaps could find his level here, and maybe improve can also play as a defence minded right back, if we fancy an alternative to semmi

Matt Oakley - Same qualities as fotheringham so if he stupidly decides to join charlton and their 10,000 strikers (not implying he is one purely jus annoyed that they stole in for at least 2 of our targets and then didn't play them), if not a bit better, injury prone though, so wouldn't want him tied down too long

Jermaine Beckford - Has pace, and maybe the spark and flair we'll need now hucks is gone

Rob Earnshaw - I'd happily take him back (see above)

That young guy from hereford or something - dunno his name

Fraizer Campbell - Well we might as well try!

Agree with you on Oakley, can offer more than Fotheringham in my opinion, if Fozzy goes to Charlton then i fancy snapping up someone like Oakley.

I think Campbell will want to make his move to Hull permenant but im pretty sure that if Leeds stay in League One then we will sign Beckford, and i do hope we get Earnshaw back becuase i cant see him staying at Derby or going to Cardiff again...however Notts Forest have confirmed interest in him, so lets hope he wouldnt turn down a move back to us again, always scores goals and if we can get someone like Evans in again to do the running upfront then we can be a good side up front.

I think that there is a question mark about Earnie. He scored a lot of goals while he was with us, but he missed even more. Robson said when he sold him to us that Ernie missed too many. We have had two or three goal-shy strikers this year. Do we need another?

In his last season with us, if he not been injured I think he would have easily scored 25 League goals. Surely thats what we want?

There may be a question mark about him at Premiership level, but in the Championship he is always going to bang in 20+ per season. I can put up with the odd miss for that return.

Following NCFC for 25 years (more often out of a sense of morbid curiosity than expectation)

Phillips, Tiny, Bertrand, Ched, Wes,Hooooooolihan, Pearce, I wold be happy of as a start

Completely agree, howard is on a downwards spiral now for me, hardly bailed out leicester, and was so far from being premier league standard, and it showed.
We need hungry people (not in the hartson way), but like Reading had, people with desire. Hoolihan would be coming here to try to one day get to the premier league, thats what we need. Not people who are lazy or have had several poor seasons like Harte - its about 3years since he was any good.
