Last Saturday was memorable for both Norwich and King's Lynn, with City securing Championship football at Carrow Rd with a convincing victory over Londoner's QPR, and the Linnets winning the Southern League Shield and promotion to the Conference second tier for the first time in their history. Despite this however, there seems to be a lack of people with a broader knowledge of King's Lynn Football Club and its history that can offer some intellectual contributions to my threads? I find it hard to believe no one in rural Norfolk (even Canary fans) can't provide one or two decent responses to my posts. It's a real shame that Norfolk's second club tends to be forgotton by the good people of Norwich. As it stands only four league's separate Norfolk's big two and that could come down if we gain a second consecutive promotion and/or god forbid City get relegated!
Ten reasons why we won the title:
1. A 20-game unbeaten run to end the season.
2. Strength in depth among the squad.
3. Strong willed players.
4. Fantastic loyal support.
5. Rivals slipping up at vital times.
6. A mean defence.
7. A team full of goals.
8. Cool management team led by Keith Webb.
9. Crucial victories at crucial times.
10. Good Board of Directers and sponsors.
