Hey everyone, I'm buying a PS3 tomorrow and need to know if I should buy any others bits and pieces for it.

I'm guessing the games will be saved internally but what about the controllers, do they need batteries and are they chargeable and if so, is the charger included in the playstation 3 box.

As far as i know, and im not an owner myself (yet), the controllers charge while they are plugged into the console.

i have owned one since new!! and its the best purchase i have ever made.. the controllers cahrge when plugged into USB.. its just a shame they got rid of 60GB version... as its much better!!

bit late now I suppose but I would have got an xbox 360, much better value for money.

I dont fancy having it for a few months and then the Red ring of death to pop up, I know 2 systems that have done that and the PS3 overheat problem seems to have been solved!

I have got my PS3 now by the way I have to say Burnout Paradise is some game!

pele is right (for a change :D) and the red ring doesnt happen often, i had my xbox a year and it hasnt happened, and a mate of mine has had one since it came out and hasnt got it. but congrats on the PS3 anywho
