More Newcastle links?

From dodgy rumours:

Michael Owen will not be moving anywhere as he knows he is wanted a lot more by keegan than any other manager and necastle will pay him a lot more money for his wages than any other club outside the top 4 as Everton ManChester City and the Hammers do not have the amount of money as Newcastle do. Newcastle also pay him 100,000 now imagine what Ashley will pay to keep him (exactly).
Newcastle also to spend fairly big in the Summer with 2 midfielders and two defenders:
Arshavin (15–18 million)
Carrick (10 million)
Miguel Veloso (13 million)
Brown (free)
Krul (Back From Loan)
Out:
Duff (Sunderland–6 million)
N'Zogbia (Tottenham–10 million)
Ameobi (Stoke–2.5 million)
Carr (Norwich–500 k)
Ramage (Norwich–500 k)
Smith (Birmingham–4 million)

Worthwhile?

I would take Carr and Ramage - good prices really. As for Ameobi at £2.5million - that would be a bargain, he is more than proven and even though has played only a handful of games this season has still got a reasonable return not to mention a proven track record at prem level.

Quite honestly I talk a load of pointless drivel! (According to Smudger).

Re: More Newcastle links?
yea i'd have both of them.....would still like us to go in for ameobi, just think he'll be to expensive for us. If stoke are offering anything from 2.5-5million as has been reported, then we are completly out of it.

Dodgy rumours is the biggest pile of excrement site I have ever seen...

Re: More Newcastle links?

Yes for Ramage

No for Carr - too much of a liability these days

Ameobi - Anything above 2mi would be  a waste of money could get a better striker if we had more than that to spend.  I would have Zamora over Ameobi anyday of the week

I think there are deals to be had at West Ham and Fulham this summer for decent players.  Gabbiadon/Bowyer/Zamora Sears Loan?   or Stefanovic/Bouazza/Healy/Dempsey

A Good work ethic is all you need!!!!!!!??!!!

Is that Steven "Make Room For Me In The Physio's Office" Carr?  No thanks.  He's more injury prone than Chadwick and Drury combined.

Never mind the danger

These are his stats for this season:

Games played by Shola Ameobi in 2007/2008 Goals Cards
11-08-2007 English Premier Bolton 1-3 Newcastle 0
18-08-2007 English Premier Newcastle 0-0 Aston Villa 0
29-08-2007 English League Cup Newcastle 2-0 Barnsley 0
01-09-2007 English Premier Newcastle 1-0 Wigan 0
17-09-2007 English Premier Derby 1-0 Newcastle 0
25-09-2007 English League Cup Arsenal 2-0 Newcastle 0
19-01-2008 English Premier Newcastle 0-0 Bolton 0
29-01-2008 English Premier Arsenal 3-0 Newcastle 0
29-03-2008 Football League Championship Sheff Wed 1-1 Stoke 0
07-04-2008 Football League Championship Stoke 1-2 C Palace 0
12-04-2008 Football League Championship Coventry 1-2 Stoke 0
Goals: 0 Yellow cards: 1 Red Cards: 0

Some return.  Before you post such utter drivel, do a bit of homework, cause, Chicken, you look like a bit of a Turkey.  Muppet.

Re: More Newcastle links?
I must be alone because I really would like Carr.  Quality at tottenham, suffered a bit at Newcastle.  Would be like Hux IMO, not good enough for the Prem but too good for this league.

I think both of them would be good, and they are good prices for prem players.   Can someone please tell me though, is Ramge a defender or a midfielder??
