bit cheeky this but; every year I take part in a small 5k run for bowel cancer research. this year i've been given my own web page for sponsorship:

as i say, its a bit cheeky to ask people who don't know me for money but if you fancied donating a couple of quid then it would be very much appreciated

the run is usually held in London but this year there is a run in Ipswich for 1000 people - much closer than London but you would of course have to suffer being in Ipswich! the run takes place on Sunday 8th June
