Right, firstly, my name is jordan. i manage a football team (adults) im 15, now, for safety and career reasons ive decided that rather than wait 8 months im going to take 2 coaching badges now. level 1 injuries and level 1 coaching, i applied to do these and the Norfolk FA denied me due to my age. claiming that because of my age, i couldnt do the child protection sections yet, observe through this link, the actual course for child protection has no age restriction. which means i could complete those and do the other courses. yet i still couldn't participate, follow link, http://www.norfolkfa.co.uk/  click on development, coach education and safeguarding children. and whilst denying me due to my age, they shouldnt be able to deny me on safety grounds or my entitlement to education as a manager. and, if im able to become a manager at 15, then i should have some education options. but i do not i feel this is discrimination and should not be tolerated if you support my cause, please sign this petition.... http://www.gopetition.com/online/14933.html thank you. jesus christ, its buddha!!!!!!!!!!    Report
