Well now. It's all a bit like you being an immigrant on this board innit. Irritatiing, but unfortunately not illegal.
You know, you just don't have the same agenda as us locals - don't it? You know, you being a Wolves fan and all the rest of it. Bit obvious really innit, eh?
Swings and roundabouts , eh?
Personally I don't think it would be 'completely stupid' of the mods to deport you from this message board. But then.........
Ah well. poor old Stan Cullis. Poor old Billy Wright. They must...........
One love.

This guy pays more in tax per year than most of us on this forum! can't we deport some murderers and rapists instead once their jail sentences are finished?

can't we pick a random murderer or rapist coming to the end of their sentence and deport that person instead?

They should all be deported. If there is an englishman who can do the same job then there is no need for that person to be allowed in this country. If however they can add to this country and not leach off it like most do-i dont just mean football-then they should be kicked out or better still not be allowed here in the first place. Why should someone who is born and bred in this country not be given a chance because a "forigner" will do it cheaper. Thats not how i run business and never will. Its not racist, its a princible. I dont care wheteher someones black brown or yellow as long as they are english and can do a job.
Id rather buy fish and chips than Ameobi!

Bangoura and all of "the others" - a few facts for you
|
|
|
|
|
Bangoura wasn't an 'illegal immigrant' - he was seeking asylum. There is nothing illegal about seeking asylum.
The asylum system was established in all major european countries after the second world war. They were ashamed at having turned away jews fleeing nazi german - effectively condemning them to death.
The government does not permit the vast majority of asylum seekers to work while their applications are being processed. Instead they are forced to live on a weekly sum which is roughly 60% of what you get when you are unemployed. Asylum seekers are poorer than anyone else.
The tiny proportion (like Bangoura) who are allowed to work often have to wait over a year for permission.
Asylum seekers don't take 'our' housing - they're housed separately from everyone else - often in appalling conditions considered unsuitable for British citizens,
The odds are stacked against anyone who applies for asylum - 60% of applications are rejected out of hand straightaway but almost 50% of those are then accepted on appeal in a proper court. The gov't has more interest in keeping 'them' out than protecting vulnerable people from persecution.
Bangoura's case is the tip of the iceberg and has opened a lot of people's eyes to the reality of what goes on with asylum seekers. He had a legitimate case and plenty of support from British people, integrated with his local community, held a responsible job and yet the gov't still deported him to a country where there's every chance he'll end up in a prison being tortured.
And if someone like Bangoura can't win - what chance do all the others have?
