Signed from Reading after four successful years with the Royals, Hughes came to Carrow Road as a midfielder with an impressive reputation. Hughes quickly became a cult favourite with his fearsome tackling and never-say-die attitude and will be in competition with new signing Otsemobor to retain this position this season.
