Last meeting: Sheffield
Wednesday 3, Norwich City 2 (May 6,
2007): Having seen his defence self-destruct
in the first half, it was no surprise
when Peter Grant made Dion Dublin
the fulcrum of his tactical switch
as he attempted to retrieve something
from the game. Dublin headed forward
and within 10 minutes City's comeback
had begun – Dublin setting up
Robert Earnshaw for his 19th of the
season. City huffed and puffed and
with 15 minutes to go Dublin got the
reward his efforts deserved and City
were back in the game. Sadly it was
only the clock ticking towards the
90-minute point that prevented City
from taking a point they deserved.

Last Norwich away win:
29/12/2001 Sheffield Wednesday 0,
Norwich 5 (Kenton, Nielsen 2, McVeigh,
Holt)
Chances: A pleasing
season for the Owls after early relegation
fears as manager Brian Laws earned
a solid mid-table finish. With crowds
on the up, Wednesday will be banking
on solid home form this season. Their
away form was exceptional last season
as they won 10 matches on the road
but Laws will have to get his side
performing at Hillsborough if they
want to improve on last season's ninth-placed
finish.
Prediction: 8th
